Music and Writing

I'm stealing this blog idea from the fabtastic Lynne Roberts. She asked what music inspires you when you write, and the truth is, many bands do. But when I'm really getting into an emotional scene, there is one band I turn to for inspiration. M83 is so versatile, so captivating, and they never fail to take me where I want to go.

But don't take my word for it. Give a listen to a few of my favs below!

On A White Lake, Near A Green Mountain

Love them!

I tell ya, Jaime, you're one of the few people I know with musical tastes as eclectic as my own. And who *needs* music to function like I do! ;)

I've never heard of them before but I really liked the second one. As much as I love music, it's wasted on me as inspiration. I zone out while I'm writing.
