The Renfield Syndrome = DONE

Hey Everyone,

Yesterday, something really weird happened. I knew I was waaaayyy behind, as I said I'd use NANO to finish TRS, and thus far I was only around 34k or so. While that is good, I knew how difficult it is to finish up, so I locked myself away in my office, determined to get some writing done.

I didn't stop until late yesterday afternoon, and by the time I did I'd written 15.8k words (or something to that extent) and my NANO count topped out at 49.5K.  I'm going to write something small, just to get the 50k words, but I'm just letting you know that as of now, The Renfield Syndrome is done.  I'm cleaning up the MS now and then it's off to my CP's.

Now please, keep this in mind -- if my CP's or my Mom (who I run EVERYTHING by) says no-go, that means it's time to serious revisions, which can take time.  However, for the most part, the story is finished and I hope they like it.

Thanks for the well wishes.  We're still mending here, but now that I feel like I can breathe and that project is finished, I'm very eager to dive directly into The Company of Wolves.

Wooo hooooooooo! I've got The Renfield Syndrome on my list of 2011 books I'm dying for, just waiting for an eventual release date as we get closer to 2011! :D
And, hope you're feeling so much better now!

Glad to hear you are all on the mend there. :) Hopefully that little cold bug is out of the house for a while and no set backs for you all.

So glad to hear you have the story where you want it. Now the hard part...revisions as needed. :)

Good luck to you.

I already told you both on the phone and on Twitter, but YAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY! And congratulations on finishing! Can't wait to see how it turned out! I'm on the edge of my seat! (no, literally - I have to get in about 2.5 seconds to go start dinner)
