A Long Overdue Update

Hola, peeps! I'm so sorry I've been MIA for so long. Things have been chaotic these last few months. Between travel, the kiddos, work, school and a loss in the family (our fur baby, Caesar, passed away while we were in Las Vegas) there hasn't been a lot of time to relax and unwind. Forgive me for neglecting the blog. I wanted to post since Enemy Mine releases in print (November 27th) followed by a brand new series, starting with the first story Marked (November 28th). To celebrate I'll be having a contest on my Facebook author page starting tomorrow. I'm giving away an Ellora's Cave gift card. The winner will be announced bright and early on November 28th. If you're interested swing by and leave a comment.

In other (exciting) news: I've been invited to the SF Ball in Bournemouth, England in February. After speaking with my brilliant friend and artist Fwah Storm, I graciously accepted the invitation and got to work on a one shot Rhiannon and Disco comic that will be distributed by Reload. All proceeds will go to the Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity I'm thrilled to support.

But wait, there's more.

See the image above? That's a character Fwah created in his Jericho series based off yours truly. Recently he announced his series is becoming a motion comic. So when I'm in Bournemouth, I'll be hitting the studio to record Agent Red's scenes in The 11th Hour. I'm super excited and can't wait to attend the sessions with other members of the cast.

As for writing...

I'm still working on Vampire Mine. When that's done I'll be wrapping up Make Me Surrender (which is halfway written), followed by Twisted in Knots. For those who've asked, I will be finishing the Crimson trilogy and writing more in the Rhiannon's Law series. I can't give you a time frame yet, but I hope to release several books next year. Thank you for your patience, emails and continued support. I'll do my best to bring stories to you as soon as possible.

With that, I'm off again. We've gotten our Christmas tree and it's time to decorate. I hope you enjoy a blessed holiday season surrounded by those you love most. Eat, drink and be merry!
