Firsts by Rosalie Stanton (Contest)

**To celebrate the re-release of Firsts (which is far superior to the original -- see post below for details), I'm holding a contest. Information is listed at the end of this post.**

I saw this book on Amazon a few years ago. Since I love a "friends to lovers" romance (especially of the erotic variety), I purchased a copy. I couldn't put the book down. I started late at night and refused to put it down until I finished. Afterward, I contacted the author, Rosalie Stanton, and told her how much I loved her work.

As time passed, we've kept in touch. She told me she was revising the story, and I begged her to send me a copy of the new version after she finished the manuscript. She did, and I spent an entire day on my Kindle.

*Happy Sigh*

You get more from each character and learn so much about Savannah and Thorn. If you enjoy New Adult with a mixture of erotic romance, Firsts is full of win. You can't go wrong. Since it's only .99 cents at the moment, it won't break the bank. I've stopped doing cover quotes but happily (and readily) did so when I was asked to provide one to for this story. That's how much I adore the characters.

Here's the blurb:

The past year has been hell on Savannah. Not only did her boyfriend dump her on the side of the road—literally—but her best friend, Wes, decided to graduate early. The person he becomes in college is even more confusing, and no matter what she tells herself, she can’t get over the thought of another girl having a piece of him that she’ll never have.

Wes has been in love with Savannah since childhood. Trouble is, she’s never seen him as anything more than a friend, and he’s never been brave enough to push those boundaries. He views college as an opportunity to finally move on. However, their continued close relationship makes moving on difficult, especially since Savannah has no idea she broke his heart.

With her own graduation day approaching, Savannah decides she doesn’t want to be a virgin when she gets to college. Turning to Wes to solve this problem seems sensible. After all, she trusts him more than anyone. Only she isn’t prepared for what her request unleashes—either from him, or in herself.

Want to win a copy of Firsts (signed by the author in print)? Here's how.

**Comment on this BLOG POST (bolded and embedded so you can enter if you see this via Facebook, Twitter, or Goodreads -- the comment must be here in order to enter) with your email added in order to achieve contact with me. Contest starts today and ends March 14th. I will email the winner for shipping information on the following day. Contest is international. If I don't receive an email response after 24 hours, I will use Random.org to choose another winner. If I don't receive a response I'll work my way down the line via the same method. Good luck and happy reading!**

I read Firsts back in 2010 after I stumbled upon one of your posts about it. I devoured the story and loved Wes! A revamp of the book sounds awesome. Thanks for the contest!
